Sharjah English School (SES) is private, a not-for-profit school established in 1974, located near the university city which is easily accessible to students from Sharjah, Ajman, Midriff, and most of Dubai. The school offers a British curriculum to students from ages 3 to 18 in a co-educational setup. SES opened its secondary school in 2005 since then it is offering an A-level curriculum to students in the sixth form. SES currently has around 850 students on roll who represents over 50 different nationalities, of which the majority of students are from India.
