At the Sharjah Public School the admission process is straightforward. To secure admission for their children in SPS the prospective parents can follow these steps as mentioned below:

a. Fill up the admission form with the required information.

b. Submit the form to the school administration.

c. Parents can also approach the school directly to obtain the form.

d. Ensure to keep handy the mandatory documents at the time of submission and admission.

During the admission process the documents required:

a. Original and 2 copies of the student’s passport.

b. Original and 2 copies of the father’s passport.

c. Original and 2 copy of students’ birth certificate.

d. Original and 1 copy of attested Transfer Certificate (TC).

e. 4 Passport-size photographs.

f. Original and 1 copy of Statement of marks/ pass certificate.

g. Conduct Certificate from the previous school (admissions for Grade 7 and up).

By the following authorities the Transfer Certificate (TC) should be attested:

1. From Outside the UAE:

a. Education Ministry of your country.

b. UAE Embassy/Consulate in your country.

c. Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country.

d. Consulate General/Embassy of your country in the UAE.

2. From within the UAE:

a. Respective zone’s Ministry of Education.
