Application Requirements

  • 1. A recent passport photo of the student (JPEG only).
  • 2. Student's Birth Certificate.
  • 3. Student's Passport (photo page only).
  • 4. Student's Singapore Citizenship Certificate (if applicable).
  • 5. Student's Permanent Resident Re-entry permit (if applicable).
  • 6. Dependent Pass both front and back to be saved as separate files (if applicable).
  • 7. Student Pass both front and back to be saved as separate files (if applicable).
  • 8. Student's Baptism Certificate (if applicable).
  • 9. Copy of the student's latest school reports and standardized test results (if applicable) for three years up to the date of application.
  • 10. Any additional documentation relating to Educational Testing and/or Educational Psychology reports (if applicable).
  • 11. Confirmation of Application Fee payment e.g. Transaction Reference Number for bank transfers or RedDot confirmation email and Order Number.
  • 12. History of the current and previous two (2) schools attended (where applicable). Immunization record - with Diphtheria 3 doses + 1 booster and Measles 2 doses (compulsory by law).
  • 13. Pre-course Counselling form signed and dated.
