Spectra GLobal School

From all nationalities the Spectra Global School welcomes applications. From FS1 to Year 6 they are currently enrolling children.

Please complete the Online Enquiry Form to begin the application process. The school will then contact the parents to arrange a convenient time where they can meet the parents.

To an assessment session at the school their child will be invited where in age appropriate activities designed they will take part so that the school can understand their child more fully. With a small group of children these sessions are usually held.

Whilst their child is being assessed, the team will be happy to answer any remaining questions that the parents may have.

The school will confirm whether they are able to offer their child a place at the earliest once a full review of the assessment the education team has conducted.

To secure their child's place, the school need the parents to complete the application forms and pay the first Semester fees.

When a confirmed place has been secured for their child the following supporting documents will be required:

Completed Application Form: SGS Admissions Form.

Completed Medical Form: SGS-MEDICAL-FORM.

1. Copy Of Vaccination Card.
2. Copy Of Student’s Passport.
3. Copy Of Father’s Passport.
4. Copy Of Mother’s Passport.
5. Copy Of Student’s Qatari ID.
6. Copy Of Father’s Qatari ID.
7. Copy Of Mother’s Qatari ID.
8. Copy of Health Insurance Card.
9. Completed Medical Form.
10. Official Letter From The Father’s Work Place.
11. Last 3 years Reports from Previous School.
12. 3x Student’s Passport sized Photos.

Please note that, for student admissions in Qatar in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the school must have sight of all original documentation.

On the date of assessment the originals and copies should be brought to the Registrar's Office.

To Qatar if you are new and your visa has not yet been processed, the school is happy to accept your application whilst you gain these documents. Once your visa and Qatar ID have been granted the school will need the copies.
