Important Information

At the Spectra Global School the tuition fees can be paid in three installments.

1. Non Refundable.

2. Refundable at the time of the child leaving the school upon completing one full academic year.

3. From the Term 1 Fees of the following academic year the Seat Reservation Fees are deductible.

Until all the school fees are settled in full the report cards, leaving certificates and recommendation letters will be withheld.

Until all the due fees are paid upon him/her leaving the school the student's name will not be deactivated from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education student information system (NSIS).

Policy

Before admission the collection of school fees - Terms & Conditions

1. Entrance Assessment Fees: (Except FS students all students)
a. Before accepting the child in the school, paid only once.

2. Registration Fees
a. The parents are asked to pay the registration fees, once the student will pass the entrance assessment.
b. The registration fees are not refundable.
c. Only when the student is enrolled then the registration fees are charged, not when applying.

3. Re-registration Fees
a. On before March the fees are paid every year to ensure that the student will continue for the next academic year.
b. From the 1st term fees the re-registration fees are deducted.

After admission the collection of fees

1. Tuition Fees
In order to enable the Parents to pay the tuition fees there are at least three equal instalments for the tuition fees in each academic year.

Within one month preceding the beginning of the school year the School will start to collect the first instalment. In August the first installment shall be for the Schools that start their academic year in September.

Please find below for each term the due date:

Term 1 Fees: Due on or before 30th September.

Term 2 Fees: Due on or before 31st January.

Term 3 Fees: Due on or before 30th April.

In any of the following cases the School may retain a certain amount of the tuition fees:

1. From more than four weeks in a term if a student attends, the value of one full term of tuition fees the School will retain.
2. From 1 to 3 weeks in the term if a student attends, on daily basis the school will retain the fees.

To the newly enrolled students these cases apply as well as the students that register after a term has already commenced. Official holidays and the absences from class are considered part of the week.

Transporation Fees
a. The transportation fees are not refundable.
b. Before starting the service paid once and from the transportation team after receiving a confirmation call.

Examination Fees
a. To be paid every academic year.
b. The external assessment processes within the school the fees covers.

Book Fees
a. Paid every year before the school starts.
b. Covers all the subject / copy books.
c. Not including stationary, for their own child's daily use the parents needs to provide basic stationary.

Insurance Fees
a. For the student who have completed 1 full academic year with the School the insurance fee will be refunded and on or before the 15th May of that academic year provided notice of leaving.
b. For the student who have not completed 1 full academic year with the school (August to June) the insurance fee will not be refunded.
c. To the student who are leaving during the academic year the insurance fee will not be refunded. To all the student this is applicable irrespective of their tenure with the school.

Non-Payment of School Fees
1. A clear, transparent policy the school herein publishes for their response to non-payment or late payment of the School fees.
2. To attend the School the students will not be permitted if the fees are not paid on time. As per MEHE's Pre-Approval, unless the overdue fees are paid fully the Students will be asked not to attend the school.
3. Further, the transfer certificate (or block a transfer on NSIS), the examination report cards will be with hold by the School and/or until all the outstanding dues are settled refuse re-registration for a student.

Increasing School Fees
The specific requirements for Schools the Ministry of Education & Higher Education (MEHE) will determine that wish to apply for approval to raise their School fees. These requirements the MEHE shall review and before the start of the application submission period communicate them to the Schools. Well in advance the parents will be formally intimated.
