Each of the following records needs to be included for admission:

A copy of Birth Certificate of the child
Kindly provide copies of your child's baptism, eucharist, confirmation, and reconciliation. Additionally, please provide copies of the last two school reports.
The principal's reference, if relevant
A copy of your child's most recent school reports and their Year 5, Year 7, or Year 9 NAPLAN scores
A copy of the parents' or caregivers' photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license; copies of any applicable family law orders; and so on
A summary of your child's unique requirements
A copy of your child's customized learning plan, if applicable, and any other pertinent documentation
