Founded in 1926 by the Marist Brothers, St. Gregory's College Campbelltown is a Catholic, coeducational (K–6 coed, 7–12 males only) institution. Marist Schools Australia Limited is in charge of overseeing the College. Saint Marcellin Champagnat, a 19th-century French Catholic priest who devoted his adult life to teaching youngsters who needed to know Jesus via Mary, is credited with inspiring the founding of the college.
