St Margaret's Berwick Grammar School Application requirements are as follows:

Give a copy of the birth certificate for your child.
Please include a copy of your child's most recent school report, if any.
Pay the application fee (see fee structure), which is non-refundable.
Give a copy of your child's Medicare-issued *immunisation history statement (for applications to ELC – Year 6).
A copy of your child's passport and visa grant notice is required if they are applying to be a permanent or temporary resident.
AEAS test scores, no older than 12 months, are necessary for students applying to Year 5 and upwards who are applying with English as a second language aeas.com.au.
