In order to provide the Cambridge GCSE curriculum to foreign students in Fujairah and the surrounding regions, St. Mary's Catholic High School in Fujairah was first created as a UK curriculum school in 2002. Later, the school added the Indian CBSE curriculum to accommodate Asian families.
