Important Information

At the Stafford Sri Lankan School Doha the tuition fees should be paid term-wise and on or before the 1st day of each term is due for payment.

Admission fee (non-refundable) QR 1,000.00
For every new admission to Stafford Sri Lankan School Doha, this is a non-refundable one-off fee.

Annual Facilities fee (non-refundable) QR 300.00
The additional facilities/benefits that the school provides for this it is. On or before 10th September this amount should be paid.

Application fee (non-refundable) QR.100.00
This amount is non-refundable and only upon the admission of the student is confirmed by the school management will be charged.

Monthly transport fee QR 250.00
Within the city limits only the transport facility is available, and on request for 10 months can be provided, starting from September to June of the current year. Term wise or monthly the transport fee may be paid and no later than the 1st day of the month must be paid. A surcharge of QR 25/= on each late payment will be levied.

Important notes
For new admissions the school will charge the full term fee, and in between a term for the students leaving. Less than 29 days of the 1st month of a term in the school in case of a student who has spent the fees payable will only be for one month. With the SEC directives, this rule is in line.

1. For children the school will provide the printed materials required (no stationery will be provided).
2. In the tuition fee none of the external examination fees are included. Separately such fees will be charged etc.

Sibling Discount

For the third and subsequent children studying in the school (3rd child 15%, 4th child and above 20%) the sibling discount on tuition fees is available. The prompt payment of each installment of fees the parents are expected to ensure in order to avail of the above discounts. Failure to pay promptly will invalidate all the discounts.
