At the fee counter on the school grounds, cash and checks for the school fees will be accepted along with properly completed fee booklets.
'Subhash Chandra Academy' is the beneficiary on the checks. It is recommended that parents give the checks to the accounts staff only.
Each student must have a separate check deposited (for parents who are parents of multiple children).
Before the tenth of each month, the school payments are collected.
A late payment fee of Rs. 10/-from the 11th to the 20th and Rs. 20/-from the 21st to the 30th / 31st of the concerned fee month will be assessed if a parent neglects to deposit the fees by the 10th of the relevant fee month.
The defaulter's name will be removed from the rolls if the fees are not paid before the end of the relevant fee month. The school administration will have the last say on new admissions. Parents shall pay the Re-Admission Fee in such situations.

Even in the event that a student withdraws their admission right away after being accepted into the school, there will be no reimbursement of tuition or bus expenses from the administration.
A new card can be ordered from the accounts office for Rs. 50/-if the fee deposit card is misplaced.
During the eleven months of the school year, there is a bus fee.
The school office will be open during the holidays, with the exception of gazette holidays.
The hours for accepting fees are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m
There are no scholarships programme.
