The most recent report from your child’s school (the school report must indicate current Academic year and grade completion, if not, a Transfer Certificate needs to be uploaded)

Previous school year report from your child’s school (1 additional year)

Any other relevant reports relating to your child’s specific learning and/or behaviour needs 

A Fit to School Certificate needs to be obtained by an assigned Primary Health Center for the applicants joining in PK1 to G1 and all applicants from overseas
