Tariq Bin Ziad School Admissions Steps

1. On the registration site (tbz. open apply. eu) create an account and fill out the E-application form.

2. During the registration process upload all the required documents.

3. Complete the School's medical form: https://bit.ly/30eDSYQ.

4. For primary school the Application Fees are Non-refundable.

School Interview and Test

To the school, the students who apply must meet the school's academic entrance requirements.

1. Pre 3 & Pre 4: English & Arabic teachers will interview the student.

2. Kindergarten, Grade 1 & Grade 2: Arabic, English & Math tests.

3. Grade 3 to Grade 5: MAP & Arabic tests.

4. Enrolment Fees (3000 QAR): Non-refundable.

Conditional Acceptance

Some of the admission requirements if the student does not meet the following four areas: speech and language, emotional social behavior, play, and overall physical development. With a conditional contract the student is accepted that every three months is reviewed and to reach the school's curriculum fully requires additional support.

At all levels, to make direct contact with any previous school or educational establishment the school has the right to request a confidential report. For comment on academic progress to date, this will ask, about the broader life of the school involvement, and general behavioral standards.

For QF Schools the Withdrawal Process

From a QF school to begin withdrawing a student, submit an online withdrawal form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeKsnrEQ6t4b5yYvNLF8EuXJJWFBLgn-UGOC5iKTxa01a_4_A/viewform) the parent/guardian is requested. Within three working days, the school will process the request.

Please note that the school director, the parent/guardian, and the student will be invited to attend an exit interview meeting to discuss the withdrawal. To attend this meeting the parent/guardian and the student are required to complete the formal process etc.
