Temasek Secondary School (TSS) is a co-educational government autonomous secondary school in Bedok South, Singapore. Founded in 1980, it offers secondary education leading to the Singapore-Cambridge GCE Ordinary Level (O-Level) examination.

TSS is a member of the National School of Arts (NSA) and the National Schools Sports Council (NSSC). The school is also a member of the Singapore Schools Music Competition (SSMC) and the Singapore Schools Science Olympiad (SSSO).

TSS has a strong academic record. In the 2021 O-Level examinations, the school achieved an overall pass rate of 100%. The school also had a high number of students who achieved distinctions and high scores in their subjects.

TSS is also known for its strong co-curricular activities (CCA) programme. The school offers a wide range of CCAs, including sports, arts, and uniformed groups. The school has a number of award-winning CCAs, such as its basketball team, its choir, and its marching band.
