The Gulf English School was established in 1993. It is a private educational institution and the first school in Doha offering the BTEC programme which is an alternative pathway for IGCSE students and AS-level students. The school follow the British curriculum, IB curriculum, and Arabic. In 2005, the school becomes a member of 2005 and IB accredited. The school provides quality education to students from FS 1 to Year 13. In the year 2012, the school becomes CIS (Council of International Schools) accredited. The school employs qualified teachers from all over the world. All teachers are experts in their field and are English speakers.
