The Montessori School was established in 1962 by Mr Willemien Duyker-de-Vries. This was western Australia's first Montessori school and also has been the longest running Montessori school in Australia, which is a remarkable achievement in itself. It is also the first Montessori school in the world to offer an IB curriculum, which is a testament of its dedication towards providing top notch education to students.
In terms of the value system, the school believes in having a supportive environment for students, but for the associated family members as well. The school follows an instrumental policy in adopting programs that have direct contribution towards the development of the students. The school believes that kindness and community service are essential.
The campus of the school is exceptionally vast and encompasses all the necessary facilities such as classrooms, computers labs, recreational hubs, playgrounds, and so much more.
