The Pennington School

The Pennington School, founded by the Methodist Church in 1838, has long been a hub of inclusivity and creativity. Initially, the founders established three guiding principles for the School: "the education of the physical, the training of the mental, and the grounding of the soul in character." The Pennington School, a leading boarding and day school in New Jersey, is located just 10 minutes from Princeton and an hour from New York. 525 students in grades 6 through 12 come from more than 35 countries, and more than 35% receive financial support. A tough and innovative curriculum focuses on the whole development of the student via academics, athletics, community service, and the arts. Pennington provides specific certificate programs in Global Studies and STEM. There are also unique programs for overseas students and gifted pupils with language-based learning gaps.
