The Pointer School is the oldest prep and pre-prep school in Blackheath and is located there. The school is located on a lovely site that has a view of the Heath school, which is full of charm and character. Dela and Muriel Pointer created The Pointer School in 1950. For more than 70 years, The Pointer School has been educating kids in Blackheath. Prior to the establishment of the prep school on its current site at Stratheden Road, the Pointer sisters operated "The Pointer Dance School" throughout the 1920s.
