Admission Requirements:

Submission of Registration Documents: To enroll at the Russian School in Abu Dhabi, students must complete the necessary registration paperwork.

Academic Assessment: Elementary school students are required to undergo academic assessments in Russian, English, and mathematics.

Meeting with the Director/Administrative Team: Prospective students and their families will meet with the school's director or administrative team.

Payment of Tuition and Fees: Payment of the applicable tuition and fees is a prerequisite for admission.

Enrollment Notification: Parents will be informed of their child's enrollment or rejection once all the above steps are successfully completed.

Factors Considered for Acceptance:

Availability Restrictions: Admission to specific levels of study or programs may be subject to availability limitations.

Academic Performance: A student's academic performance is a significant factor in the acceptance or rejection process. Their grades, points, and behavior in previous educational institutions are taken into account.

Accuracy of Information: Providing accurate and complete information is crucial. Incomplete or incorrect data may impact the admission decision.

Registration Fee: A registration fee is charged at the time of application, which secures a place for the student until a final admission decision is made. If the student is admitted, this fee will be applied to the tuition.

Refund Policy: In case of denial of admission, all advance payments will be returned to the payer. Fees and tuition are payable according to the provided payment schedule after the final acceptance notification. Failure to meet payment obligations may lead to the student's expulsion from the Russian School in Abu Dhabi.

Admission Process for the Russian School in Abu Dhabi (RSAD):

Step 1: Online Admission Form

Begin by completing the online admission form. For any assistance or inquiries, contact school at [email protected], and will prioritize your response.

Step 2: Application Fee

A non-refundable and non-transferable application fee of 500AED, inclusive of VAT, is required to schedule your assessment.

You can remit this fee through a bank transfer or in person at our Accounts Department, using a debit/credit card, a cheque payable to RSAD, or cash.

Step 3: Assessment for Pre-KG and KG Students

Pre-KG and KG students will be interviewed as part of the admissions process.

Primary students will undergo age-appropriate test-based assessments in Russian, English, and Mathematics to gauge their readiness for our programs.

RSAD retains the right to refuse an applicant at this stage.

Step 4: Meeting with RSAD Administrative Staff

You and your child will be invited for a meeting with our administrative staff.

RSAD reserves the right to refuse an applicant after this step.

Step 5: Document Submission

You will be asked to submit the necessary documents to complete your application.

RSAD may request additional supporting documents or reports relevant to the admission process.

For foreign applicants, the following additional documents are required:

Copies of passport pages for the applicant and at least one parent, showing:

Picture, date of birth, and passport number

Date of issue and expiration

Visa displaying the length of stay in the UAE (to be submitted when available)
