Application Requirements

 For students migrating from overseas, except Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the USA and Canada, the SLC must be duly attested by the following: 

a) District Education Officer/Ministry of Education of the erstwhile country of the student 

b) Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the student’s erstwhile country 

c) Consulate/UAE Embassy in the erstwhile country of the student

  • Two copies of the student's passport with a valid UAE Residence Visa.
  • Two copies of the student’s birth certificate (in Arabic or English).
  • Two copies of the student’s Emirates ID Card (both sides).
  • Two copies each of both the parents’ passports with a valid UAE Residence Visa.
  • Two copies each of both the parents’ Emirates ID Cards (both sides).
  • Three recent passport-size photographs on a white background.
  • Two copies of the current immunization record in English.
  • Two copies of the school final report for the previous education is required for all children entering Year 1 and above (in English).
  • For students coming from other Emirates and overseas transfers, the original Emirates ID Card of any one of the parents as well as the student is required to be scanned on the Emirates ID card reader. The Emirates ID cards will be returned to the parent immediately after the scanning is completed in the Registration Department.
  • For students migrating from other schools in Dubai, a School Leaving Certificate (SLC) must be submitted.
  • For students migrating from Emirates other than Dubai, the SLC must be duly attested by the Ministry of Education of the concerned Emirate.
