The goal of the 2013 opening of United Indian International School Riyadh (UIISR) was to establish a full Kindergarten to Grade 12 CBSE curriculum school with an emphasis on the advancement of Islamic values. Mr. Abdul Azeem, a member of the advisory committee for the school, stated at the time of launching that the school would meet the growing demand of the Indian and expatriate communities in Riyadh, who had not been able to enroll their children in community schools. There is no connection between UIISR and the other two Embassy-led organizations, even though the names of the Indian government-sponsored schools in Riyadh, Indian International School Riyadh, and Indian International Public School Riyadh, are identical.
The mission of the school is to "provide a value-based learning environment that enables the student to obtain an education that increases his spiritual, intellectual, creative, physical, scientific, and linguistic growth and inspires him to do good and strive for greatness."
