Important Information

The Vermont Academy Fee Details are as mentioned below:-

2023-24 Tuition

1. Boarding Students: $69,500.

2. Day Students: $38,000.

International Students: In a health insurance plan all international students must enroll covering the period that the student plans to reside in the United States.

1. International Student Fee:  $2,950.

2. Health Plan – 10 months:  $2,295.

3. Health Plan – 12 months:  $2,560.

Optional for domestic students.

Fees

Incidental fees are listed below. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Fees include but are not limited to the following:

1. Program/Activity Fee:  $150 per trimester (every student).

2. Learning Skills: $950 - $3,650 per trimester.

3. Technology Fee:  $50 per trimester (for every student).

4. Music Lessons: (outside instructor):  $35 per lesson.

5. Yearbook (Non-senior):  $45 one-time purchase.

Sports/Activities

1. Equestrian - Barn: $1,500 per season.

2. Golf – Course Jr Membership: $200 per season.

3. Recreational Nordic Skiing: $250 per season.

4. Recreational Skiing/Snowboarding (excl Pass): $250 per season.

5. Elite Coaching/Training at VA at Mount Snow (excl Pass): $2,500 - $7,500.

There will be additional fees for boarding and other incidentals.

Other Fees Billed as Incurred:

1. Health co-pays.

2. Student Travel.

3. Textbooks (as needed).

4. Items damaged or not returned (uniforms, keys, etc.).

5. Technology services and/or repairs performed outside of Vermont Academy.
