Victory Heights Primary School started its operation in 2013 as an independent school. It is a co-ed school that offers a British curriculum to its students. There are around 817 students from FS1 to Year 6. The school curriculum focus on the application-based approach to education. Through this approach, students are expected to remember more details regarding a particular topic. The school has 18 different nationalities and the majority of them are Britishers. The school is accredited by the Council of British International Schools (COBIS), British Schools of the middle east, and British schools overseas.

The students of VHPS go through external and internal academic assessments through which the school can measure their academic performance. The students of the foundational stage have attained a good level of development (GLD). According to an external assessment, students of Year 6 have gained 96% in mathematics, 96% in science, and 100% in English.
