XCL World Academy

Admission Process:

The XCL World Academy admission process starts with completing the online application through the XWA Application Portal. Upload all the necessary documents along with your application and initiate the application review process by submitting the non-refundable Application Fee. The Enrolments Team and Education Leadership Team will carefully assess the submitted applications. Sometimes, certain applicants might be requested to partake in an English Language proficiency assessment or attend a Family Meeting. Successful candidates will be formally notified through an official Offer Letter issued by the Registrar and Enrolment Department.

• Admission process:
• 1. Fill out the application form
• 2. Submit the necessary documents
• 3. Attempt and pass an entrance exam
• 4. School will review all the applications, documentation, and exam results
• 5. It will inform parents/guardians of the admission decision
• The documents required for admission are:
• Passport-size photographs of student
• Copy of the student’s passport with a valid visa page
• A copy of the vaccination card and fitness certificate, if any
• Copy of the birth certificate of the students
• Copy of the sponsor’s passport with a valid visa page
• Original Transfer Certificate
• A copy of the student’s recent mark sheet
