The Yago School Admissions Process consists of the following 4 steps as mentioned below:-

• 1. Inquiry.
• 2. Application.
• 3. Acceptance.
• 4. Enrollment.
• Now, let us discuss about the most important process i.e. the Enrollment Process.
• Once the school offer the place to the student, they begin the formal enrollment process.
• For accepted students the enrollment procedure requires the submission of the following documents:
• a. Copy parents or legal guardians DNIs or passports.
• b. Copy of the student´s DNI or passport.
• c. Passport sized photos of student and each parent or legal guardian.
• d. Copy of legal custody agreement in the case of separated parents.
• e. Proof of payment or transfer of enrollment fee.
• f. Transfer Certificate from previous school.
• Once the enrollment process has been completed:
• a. The appropriate fees the finance department will charge.
• b. A welcome pack the family will receive closer to the date that the student starts with all of the information that about their child’s stay and the first few days Yago they will need to know.
• Until the following fees have been paid a student place is not confirmed:
• a. To confirm place one-off payment required. Non refundable enrollment Fee. This fee is non-refundable.
• b. Counselling Department tests: One-off payment for the duration of school life. This fee is non-refundable.
• The student place is confirmed once these payments have been made.
