Application Requirements

  • 1. Copy of Birth Certificate from a competent authority
  • 2. Copy of valid passport of student, father & mother
  • 3. Copy of valid Iqama of student, father & mother
  • 4. Copy of student’s visa page.
  • 5. Copy of student’s Aadhar card.
  • 6. Transfer certificate (original) of class previously attended : (a) Original TC with NOOR details applicable from KG to G11 (for local transfers within the Kingdom) (b) for admissions in G2 & above (for transfer from schools outside the Kingdom), original TC attested by Saudi Embassy from their respective countries should be submitted (c) for G11 admission, original attested TC by MOE (for local transfers within the Kingdom)
  • 7. Copy of report cards for all previous years - applicable from G2 & above. However, in the case of local transfer, all report cards should be attested by MOE.
  • 8. For students seeking admission in G11: (a) Periodic tests (PT1, PT2, and PT3) and Pre-board report card duly attested by the Principal with school seal, in case of transfer from CBSE School. (b) Original Bonafide Certificate of Grade 10. (c) Copy of the CBSE Board Examination result should be submitted along with the original (for verification) after the declaration of the results.
  • 9. Financial clearance from a previous school (No Dues Certificate) or a mention in the TC to this effect is acceptable.
  • 10. Numerical score sheet of Periodic Tests duly attested by the Principal with school seal, in case of transfer from CBSE school during the academic year (for grades 6 to 9).
  • 11. Sponsor letter with CR Number.
  • 12. Copy of Vaccination card (For admission in Nursery to grade 1)
