Career Development Service
Graduates take a passion for innovation with them when they leave Leicester, using their education to bring new ideas and better lives to communities and businesses wherever they settle. All of this starts with our underlying ethos: providing support for graduate careers that can deliver responsible, meaningful change.

Right from the first year, award-winning Career Development Service will work with students to help them find the right direction and gain the skills they need so that when they eventually did that cap and gown they’re ready for what comes next.

The work put into preparing graduates for employment has been acknowledged with two recent awards - from AGCAS and TargetJobs.
