Mandeep founded TribesforGOOD (TFG) in 2018, a new-age social impact platform that helps Gen Z and Millennials discover; learn and contribute to social & environmental issues. She strongly believes in giving back should be crucial part of a person's life. She has been actively woking  on gender rights, human trafficking and animal welfare.    Over the past 5 years, Mandeep has been able to expand TFG to 15+ countries and built a sustainable business model. TFG has activated 2500+ changemakers.
