Introduction:
MMI or multi mini interviews are an important part of the UK Medical Application process. Unlike traditional interviews which quiz you on information that has already been presented in the CV, an MMI evaluates a candidate on a variety of skillsets. Each interview station aims to analyze the potential candidates’ ability to reason, to think logically, to prioritize, to work in a team, to provide strong arguments, to analyze quantitative information etc. The interviews are aimed to identify if the student is the best fit for a medical program and can withstand the rigorous and challenging environment. MMI’s help assess various softskills and qualities that are essential to become a successful medical practitioner.
