SAT stands for ‘Scholastic Assessment test’ and is an entrance test designed for students aiming to apply for undergraduate courses abroad. The SAT is a systematized test extensively used for College admissions in the United States.
The SAT is completely recognized, expanded, and published by the College Board in the United States. SAT is suggested to be taken by students who want to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate programs like – Journalism, design, engineering, law, management, and arts. There is no minimum or maximum age for the SAT exam. The purpose of the SAT exam is to measure a high school student’s readiness for college and also provides colleges with one common evaluation parameter which can be used to compare all the candidates.
SAT SYLLABUS
The SAT includes a total number of 154 questions which you have to complete in 3 hours. GoToUniversity has launched an SAT-free diagnostic test for students who wish to go abroad. They also provide classes in both modes; online and offline.

The SAT score ranges between 400 and 1600 for your total exam score and 200-800 for each of your two sub-scores in the exam. One sub-score is for Math, and one sub-score is your merged Reading and Writing scores to make one “Evidence-Based Reading and Writing” score.
The maximum possible score one can achieve in the SAT exam is 1600 points. To achieve this score, you need to make a perfect 800 on each of the two sections: Math, and Evidence-Based Reading and Writing (EBRW). These scores are then added to give you a combined score of 1600.
