  1. Apply through the agent portal

Through your agent portal, which is free to use and assists you in keeping track of your applications, you can submit your application for both undergraduate and graduate degrees immediately.

Please get in touch with your local Global Recruitment Officer if you have any questions about using the agent portal. Send your request, along with the application ID, to your regional recruitment officer if you need a student application to be tagged to you.

  1. The requirements for documents

There are basic admission documents that are required for every student regardless of being national or international:

  • Academic prerequisites
  • A well-known foundation program or its equivalent
  • Evidence of English proficiency
  • As stated in the program, a personal statement
  • a photocopy of a valid passport
  • Health Coverage
  • Evidence of financial assistance

There are other inclusive documents required for the international students:

  • Evidence of adequate financial assistance
  • The previous study was completed successfully
  • English language proficiency test scores are required.
  • A valid passport and a certificate of police registration
  • Documents have been translated when necessary.
  1. International student’s fees, scholarship, and deposit

International students' tuition fees are set annually, and individual course costs vary. These course pages contain the most recent fee information for each course.

To ensure their place at Oxford Brookes, all overseas students must submit a deposit of between £3,000 and £8,000. Deposits can be made using a straightforward online payment system.

Oxford Brookes provides a variety of scholarships to assist international students with both the costs of attending Oxford Brookes. Dive into the Global Scholarships page to know more.

  1. Meeting the academic criteria

Accommodation is only given out on a regular basis, not on a first-come, first-served basis. Just unconditional offer holders will be assigned housing. We will send you an email after you have been assigned a room. On the accommodation portal, you can accept or decline the offer.

After being assigned a room in a Hall of Residence, you will be required to digitally sign a formal contract. You are entering into a legally binding financial agreement as soon as you sign your contract, so you should be aware of these terms and agree to them before signing.

  1. Further process of student visa

A CAS, or Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies, is required to apply for a student visa. A CAS can be issued only after an applicant's offer has been made unconditional and no more than 90 days before the start date of their course.

Note: Check the CAS details to ensure they are correct. If not, the student should send a corrective note using their CAS Shield account.

MEET THE DEADLINES

Applications for research degrees can be submitted at any time during the academic year, as long as they are received by the deadlines set by each Faculty for each entry point.

You can enroll at Oxford Brookes University for an international foundation course if you don't fulfill the academic or language criteria for a business degree. You can select lessons in business, economics, data analysis, and much more throughout the foundation year. You will develop better university study techniques so that you are certain and ready to earn your degree.

You should enroll in our pre-sessional English course if all you need to do is improve your English proficiency to fulfill your degree's prerequisites. You won't have to retake a language exam, such as the IELTS if you ace with passing grades and can move forward with your degree.
