Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines

The Harvard University scholarship can be categorized into four major sections namely prospective students, prospective international students, current students, and current international students. If you are a prospective student at any of the Harvard colleges with US citizenship, you need to apply for prospective students’ scholarships. However, if you are an international prospective student, you need to apply for prospective international students’ scholarship.

The fellowship is open for current Ph.D. students and doctoral students at any of Harvard’s graduate or professional schools.

They must have completed at least one year of graduate study.

They must have an outstanding academic record.

The fellowship is available to students whose research primarily focuses on topics such as Latin American History.

The preference is given to those who are in the History Department.
