Tokyo University of Foreign Studies Fund

The Tokyo University of Foreign Studies Fund also called the International Education Support Fund is offered by the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies to all the international students studying at the undergraduate or graduate level at the university. The scholarship is available for students from exchange partner schools as well.

Eligibility Criteria/Scholarship Guidelines: 

- The scholarship is mostly granted to merit students with financial need to pursue further education. 

How to apply

- An applicant can apply for the scholarship in accordance with the application guidelines provided on the university website.

Value
This scholarship is awarded to 10 undergraduate and 15 graduate students annually. For full time students and students from exchange partner schools, the scholarship covers JPY 30,000 per month. For students opting to study abroad at a partner institution, the scholarship covers JPY 200,000.

Validity
The scholarship is valid for 6 months.
