The Truman D. Picard Scholarship is awarded to the freshman, sophomore, junior or senior undergraduate students pursuing Natural Science at UC Berkley.
Eligibility Criteria/ Scholarship Guidelines
To be eligible, an applicant:
- Should be a freshman, sophomore, junior or senior students pursuing Natural Science at the university.
- Should be a Native American

Documents Required:
- Transcripts
- Three Letters of Recommendation
- Other Submission Requirements Notes: Evidence of validated enrollment in a federally recognized tribe or Alaska Native Corporation, as established by the U. S. Government. A photocopy of your enrollment card, front and back, or Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) will suffice.
