Program Overview

The Single Cycle Degree Programme inPharmacy is a five year programme whose main goal is to provide the theoreticaland practical knowledge to graduates who will have sound scientific foundationsenabling them to practice as professional pharmacists and work in healthcare asexperts in pharmaceutical drugs and health products (cosmetic products,dietetic products and food supplements, herbal products, medical devices,sanitary goods, etc.). In setting the learning outcomes of thesingle cycle degree programme careful consideration has been given to the newprofessional functions already outlined at the national and European Unionlevels and which have also been identified through consultation with therepresentative organisations of the production of goods and services and of theprofessions.
