This course teaches you how to use physical science, mathematics and computing to analyse engineering systems. You'll combine this with study in design and manufacturing processes to understand how modern industry works. Your first two years give you a detailed understanding of the core mechanical engineering principles. You ll learn how to incorporate design into the science, manufacturing and management elements of engineering. You can apply this knowledge to analyse, build and test a product from scratch.
