After a detailed study of the grammar, you'll begin reading texts in the original Ancient Greek language. The texts chosen are based on your specific interests. You'll have the opportunity to read authors such as Homer, Plato and Thucydides as well as selections from the Greek New Testament. Minors may also elect to do coursework that focuses on the history of ancient Greece.
