The world of electrical and cyber engineering is an ever-changing one. The advances in technologies over a new graduate’s professional career of approximately 40 years will be phenomenal. While the undergraduate coursework puts a solid foundation in mathematics, engineering science, and humanities, as well as the ability to tackle and solve new problems in a forthright manner, graduate school is the next step in a lifetime of learning for both new graduates and experienced working professionals. Gannon’s Electrical and Cyber Engineering department offers two graduate programs for those who wish to continue their education in advanced subjects and stay abreast of the rapidly changing technological world: a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) degree and a Master of Science in Embedded Software Engineering (MSES) degree.
Application A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer or Cyber Engineering from an ABET accredited program or its equivalent with a QPA of 2.5 or better. Official transcripts. Three letters of recommendation Official copies of academic records from each college/university attended, accompanied by official English translations. TOEFL iBT: 79 or IELTS 6.0 overall. GRE may be waived if GPA is 3.0 or higher Submit the affidavit of support form which is required for verification of financial resources in order to issue the I-20. Original bank statements verifying account balances & Original letters from bank officials written in English on bank letterhead verifying the account holder, account number and current balance in U.S. dollars.
