Associate of arts in physical education in Skyline college

Kinesiology and physical education study the role exercise, physical movement and sports play in the development of human health and happiness. They apply sciences like biomechanics, anatomy, physiology and psychology to better understand how the human body responds to physical activity.Students enrolled in the Kinesiology/Physical Education Program at Skyline College can expect to learn about how physical activity affects the human body both mentally and physically.
