Skyline College History 

Skyline College is a community college located in San Bruno, California. The San Mateo County Community College District has three comprehensive community colleges. Skyline College first opened its doors in 1969.

Skyline College Campuses

The campus of Skyline College is situated in San Bruno, California. Skyline College campus provides one of the only meeting and event venues in North San Mateo County. Skyline College campus offers a variety of cutting-edge conference rooms, classrooms and lecture halls, fine arts and athletics venues, and spectacular special event space, including the newly remodeled Fireside Dining Room. Rentable facilities are adaptable and can accommodate large or small groups in a variety of settings.

 Skyline Colleges has no on-campus housing. Skyline College, on the other hand, provides a homestay program for international students. Its homestay program is both safe and inexpensive. Before arriving in the United States, new international students should secure housing.

Skyline College Medical services

Health and wellness services departments at Skyline Colleges provide medical services. Health and Wellness Services are available to all students.  A health and wellness services department of Skyline Colleges provides all medical services on campus. Skyline College Health Services provides both virtual and in-person appointments at no cost. Students can send an email to the nurse on the day they want to be seen. Please include your best contact information as well as the reason you want to be seen. They also provide international students with health insurance.

Skyline College's different campuses locations

Skyline Colleges has only one campus institution. Skyline College campus is located on a 111-acre bluff with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean in the north Peninsula, just south of San Francisco. Highways 280 and 380 provide easy access to the college, as do Highways 101 and 92. Furthermore, SamTrans, the local public transportation system that connects to BART and CalTrain, has a scheduled stop at the college.

Skyline Colleges advises students who want to study at Skyline College to apply for an F-1 and J-1 visa at a US consulate in their home country, unless their circumstances or travel arrangements make this impossible. Personal counseling services include brief confidential individual counseling, crisis intervention, mental health and substance abuse assessments, and referrals to community resources. Counseling's goal is to assist students in identifying and managing personal concerns, learning more about themselves, and making positive life changes.
