Program Overview

This curriculum is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills for successful entry into the facilities maintenance field by building a foundation of Construction, Electrical, and HVAC/R skills. The program provides students with practical application of the methods, materials, and practices of the industry, with an emphasis on Construction, Electrical, and HVAC/R. Successful graduates will be prepared for positions in Construction, Electrical, HVAC/R, and Facilities Maintenance entry level positions.

Possession of a High School Diploma from an accredited school as evidenced by an official high school transcript showing the graduation date, General Equivalency Diploma (GED). A copy of the GED diploma and/or transcript will be acceptable for admission, Enclose all required documents as specified in their original form or as certified copies. Documents must be written in English or be official certified translations, Enclose the completed and verified Immunization form, Certificate of Financial Responsibility, English Language requirement:TOEFL IBT score of 61 (or paper TOEFL equivalent of 500), ESL level 109, IELTS 5.5, itep level 4, Pearson -PTE Academic English Testing score 44 and STEP EIKEN test results, Grade Pre-1 or higher is required for undergraduate degree programs
