The AAS in Surveying Technology meets the educational component for licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the State of Utah according to the State of Utah Office of Administrative Rules 156-22-302(c)(1). This degree prepares students for immediate employment beyond entry level work in surveying or civil engineering firms.
