Curriculum Structure
Year 1: Build a strong foundation in music and sound through subjects such as Introduction to the Recording Studio, Introduction to Songwriting and Composition, and Exploring Audio Culture, developing essential recording, production and composition skills.
Year 2: Move into more creative and collaborative work with subjects such as Screen Sound Design, Real-time Creation and Collaborative Production, and Creative Production: Sound and Moving Image, exploring sound for screen and multimedia projects.
Year 3: Bring everything together through Screen Soundtrack Production, Music Business: 450 Records, and Music and Sound Project, creating portfolio-ready work while gaining an understanding of the professional and business side of the music industry.
