The Dance specialisation in the Bachelor of Fine Arts builds on the VCA's outstanding reputation for performance-focused dance training. It attracts highly motivated dancers who are willing to meet the program s technical demands and creative challenges. The integrated dance curriculum develops technically strong, kinaesthetically aware dance artists and provides the foundation for an autonomous and sustainable career in dance. It is designed to develop and challenge your technical, creative and analytic abilities through specialist training in contemporary dance, classical ballet, dance science and somatic practices, choreography, and performance.
