Southern Cross University’s Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management (BBHM) is delivered in collaboration with The Hotel School at key Australian tourism hubs - Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. Designed for aspiring hospitality leaders, the program blends core business knowledge with specialist hospitality and hotel management training. It includes a 600-hour professional placement and an active, immersive learning model based on six-week teaching blocks. Students develop both strategic and operational expertise in areas such as service design, accommodation operations, and event management.
