This double degree equips students with dual expertise in business and law, broadening professional opportunities across legal practice, corporate governance, compliance, and business leadership. The Bachelor of Laws is accredited by the Legal Profession Admission Board (NSW), while the Bachelor of Business offers flexibility with 13 major options. Students benefit from an integrated curriculum, practical legal training, and a capstone business project. The UOW Business School is AACSB accredited, placing it in the top 6% globally.

  • Year 1: Foundation of Laws, Legal Skills, Criminal Law and Procedure
  • Year 2: Property Law, Administrative Law, Equity and Trusts
  • Year 3: Advanced Legal Skills, Law of Torts, Jurisprudence
  • Year 4: Remdies and Civil Procedure, Evidence, Law of Business Organisations
  • Year 5: Students are also to complete at least 24 credit points from the Bachelor of Business program in order to complete all the course requirements

  • Mandatory 140-hour law internship
