Curriculum Structure

Year 1:
You’ll begin by building a solid foundation in both business and technical skills. Alongside, you’ll take introductory commerce courses that ground you in the fundamentals of economics, accounting, or management.

Year 2:
In your second year, things get more interesting: you explore more specialized analytics topics and their business applications. Courses might include financial analytics like FINA2207, or marketing analytics such as MKTG2305. This is also when you start to experiment with data – analyzing business trends, working on case studies, and crafting insights that would matter in real commercial settings.

Your final year is where everything comes together. You’ll choose from advanced units like STAT3406 – Applied Statistics & Data Visualisation or MKTG3308 – Marketing Analytics, and you also have the option to complete a Work Integrated Learning placement or a capstone business‑development project.
