The Bachelor of Information Technology at Southern Cross University is designed to provide knowledge and skills required for students who wish to be employed in the information and communication technology (ICT) industry. The program focuses on the development of web-based business information systems. Students undertake studies in programming, systems analysis and design, multimedia development and usage, database development, networking and communications theory, computer security and technology management. Students also study issues confronting the ICT industry including employer obligations, employee rights, impacts on society, and future directions of the industry.The University offers the Women in Technology program which provides dedicated support for women entering this industry.
ATAR score, Academic transcripts, Academic or employer references (if required), IELTS 6.0 with no band less than 5.5 , TOEFL ibT 60 with no less than 17 in writing & speaking, no less than 11 in reading & listening, CAE of 47, PTE 50 with no communicative score less than 46, ISPLR 3+ or better in all 4 skills, CEFR B2, India CBSE (best 4) 7.5 in external exam
