The Bachelor of Education (Secondary) / Bachelor of Health Sciences will prepare you to teach in secondary schooling with a focus on health sciences. This double degree offers you the choice of a specialisation either in Physical Education or Health Education combined with a second teaching specialisation. You will gain the broad-based knowledge and generic skills that apply to health and are necessary for middle or secondary school teaching. Professional experience as a student teacher in a secondary school environment will enable you to put these skills into practice and become a more effective teacher.
