The Bachelor of Education (Secondary) / Bachelor of Special Education provides study in the appropriate disciplines taught in secondary schools. This degree also prepares students for a range of professional roles related to supporting young people with disabilities, learning or behavioural difficulties and their families within the broader community. You will be given the opportunity for professional experience in your chosen discipline as a student teacher in a secondary school environment and develop skills working with students, teachers and educational staff. This course was previously named the Bachelor of Education (Secondary/Special Education)/Bachelor of Disability Studies.
